After a week-long break, the octagon will once again see action this weekend, with UFC Vegas 56 back at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
This time out, it’s ranked heavyweights Alexander Volkov and Jairzinho Rozenstruik topping the card. Both fighters will be looking to bounce back from losses in their last outing: for Volkov, that came against Tom Aspinall in the main event of UFC London back in March. Rozenstruik hasn’t competed since a loss to Curtis Blaydes last September, meanwhile.
Five newcomers join the promotion on the night, including TUF 29 alum Daniel Argueta, stepping up on short notice against Damon Jackson. The co-main event, meanwhile, sees a promising featherweight match-up between Dan Ige and Movsar Evloev.
