Hello. I’m Crystal. I fight in women’s MMA and have spent close to 6 years practicing martial arts to become an MMA fighter. I’m preparing for my next MMA fight by training nogi Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, mixing in judo and wrestling.

BJJ is close-contact grappling with choke and joint lock finishes. In today’s video I grapple a BJJ player with a brown belt level of skill. Roger’s application of knowledge is a very good challenge for an MMA fight. #femalenogi #bjjtraining #mma
